It was a celebration of all things cocktails, with engaging experiences at many bustling venues during the India Cocktail Week! After a stellar New Delhi edition, India Cocktail Week, the biggest celebration of the country’s burgeoning cocktail culture, launched in Bengaluru from the 21st of February to the 1st March 2020 and it was bigger than ever!

India Cocktail WeekIt is a festival that brought together some of the best bars and restaurants to offer their signature drinks, at a special price throughout the week. The week culminated into a two-day Cocktail Village on February 29 & March 1 with live entertainment, artisanal liquor tastings, curated food offerings and so much more.

India Cocktail Week was a 10-day long extended festival, offering diverse cocktail menus at a special price by 25+ leading bars of Bengaluru. It was a great chance for tipplers to visit a new bar and try a new cocktail, spirit or flavour, alongside week-long bar activations, international collaborations, masterclasses, brunches, pop-ups, workshops, secret tastings, cocktail crawls and other experiences, held at various venues across the city.

The Cocktail Week culminated into a two-day Cocktail Village on the weekend at the Prince of Wales Lawns, Taj West End, Bengaluru melding cocktail and spirit experiences with music & gastronomical delights. It was an immersive maze of pop-up cocktail bars, experiences, brand showcases, entertainment, international bartender guest shifts, curated food stalls and much more! International and home-grown brands like Absolut, Aperol, Bacardi, Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire, Campari, Cointreau, Gordon’s, Grants Distinction, Greater Than, Jameson, Johnnie Walker, Kahlua, Ketel One, Martini, Monkey Shoulder, Monkey47, Simba, Svami Drinks and Red Bull had their own pop-ups and experiences at the Cocktail Village. To add to the vibe, there was an exciting line-up of artists performing live such as BLOT!, Taba Chake, DJ Kan-i, Kampai and many more.

The highly anticipated International bars popped up in Bengaluru included The Old Man, Singapore, ranked #38 in World’s Best Bars and The Rabbit Hole from Bangkok, ranked #34 in Asia’s Best Bars. This festival offered never seen before cocktail experiences at leading venues in the city, along with access to some of the best and most loved bars across the globe. Some of the Indian bars on board this enthralling cocktail week included Nevermind Bar & Social, Badmaash, BYG Brewski Brewing Company, Bangalore Brewing Co., Hangover, Toast and Tonic, The Reservoire, Sanchez Taqueria And Cantina, Brew & Barbeque, Drava, Hard Rock, House of Foxtrot, Old Fashioned Bar, Raahi, Shiro, Sly Granny, Sriracha, The Polo Club, Watson’s, Olive Beach among many more!
