The Market at The Ritz-Carlton – A Food Gala To Remember

Food Gala: The Market at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, introduces a truly out-of-the-box à la carte dinner menu that delivers a world culinary journey, carefully prepared to indulge your taste buds. The Evening:

When the sun sets, The Market at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, is reinvented from a bustling all-day dining venue into an upscale and sophisticated restaurant. With its specially crafted a la carte menu, The Market offers an exquisite dining experience exclusively for guests who desire quiet evenings, private gatherings, and substantial conversations over haute cuisine. The ambiance changes smoothly, creating the perfect setting to indulge in an elegant but intimate atmosphere, making every dinner an occasion.

What We Had:

The food that had was more than just brilliant. Everything was fresh, cooked to perfection, and every bite was melting in mouths. The Tiger prawn Hass Avocado Aguachile was perfect from the beginning. So were the Crispy Thai Chilly Prawn and Spicy Korean Chicken—with all the right ingredients and the perfect spice levels. And Bosnian Cheese Pie was absolutely soft, tender and finger-licking. A very interesting dish was also there called The Controversy, which was basically very delicious flatbread. Also, Beetroot Bitterballen was very interesting, and Braised beets and avocado salad  had a fabulous crunch to the appetite. Brunost Spinach Ravioli was definitely a winner for the evening, as it had everything perfectly wrapped up.

No dinner is complete without a perfect pizza, and the best one was asked for –Millionaires Pizza, fresh out of the oven and scintillating in taste. So were the Grilled Portobello, Lamb Shank braised, A Mushroom Delicacy, Mutton Mapas and visually very interesting was Tenderloin Carpaccio. And what could be a better way to finish the meal than with some delicious desserts? Forest floor SymphonyMysore Pak and a beautiful chocolate dessert – Ritz Signature Dish.

Food Gala

The entire evening was bliss for Ms. Shrishti Jaiswal. The evening was enjoyed with some really great people. Mr. Neelesh -F&B Entrepreneur and  Consultant. there were  Ms. Nikita Marcom, Head at Ritz, and the General Manager, Reubin Kataria, made the whole shenanigan a great one.

Each dish represented a carefully orchestrated balance of technique, flavour, and cultural inspiration, inviting diners on an unforgettable epicurean expedition that transcended traditional dining boundaries. Each dish was both visually stunning and incredibly delicious. A visit to this amazing place is very much awaited in the future.
