The Bangalore based curated wardrobe swap community shopping revolution ‘Exchange Room’ hosted its eighth event at StudioC9 on May 26, 2019, in collaboration with Thestyle.world with the motto of creating a #sustainablewardrobe. The fun social gathering among fashion lovers was to fulfill the main intention of exchanging good quality items of clothes and accessories which is loved by the previous owner.
The event allowed fashion lovers to exchange a maximum number of 10 items and to get shopping points for the event. The kids’ exchange room with cute and comfortable wardrobes was the show stealer of the event. The stunning event took place at StudioC9, the gorgeous glass house fashion studio found by three NIFT Bangalore Graduates named Prithvi Rao, Sai Sangeet Paliwal and Sangeetha Mari. The amazing StudioC9 was a collective of quirky, creative powerhouse which perfectly blended the aesthetics of fashion and design.
The fashion studio, StudioC9 was an excellent end to end bespoke service in the field of labels and brand positioning. The event helped to change the mentality of a one-time wear concept which leads to the constant need to wear new things. The famous influencers including Askhaya Arshi, Anupa Sahu, Vaishnavi (Grub Mode), Sneha Gajendra, Vaishnavi Rao, and Deepika Sharma participated in the event and contributed their clothes in excellent condition. The Exchange Room event successfully created awareness of mindful consumption while nurturing generosity.
