Chef Viraf Patel makes his foray into Bengaluru with SoleyTucked away in Street 1522 in Sarjapur, which is home to food and beverage outlets across categories, is Bengaluru’s latest addition to the glam European bistros in the city.

Co-founded by Akshay Luthria and  Chef Viraf Patel, who has been associated with famed restaurants such as Cafe Zoe in Mumbai, Salt Water Cafe, Table and now Neuma. Soley is all about creating the casual vibe of a European bistro where the food caters to your comfort and yet adds a dash of imagination to your plate.

What you’ll notice first about Soley is its unabashed charm of Europe, a place where time stops right between the modern world of today and the stories of the past, bringing together the undeniable appeal of tradition blended with a contemporary perspective.
