Kicking off festive winter with the Cake Mixing Ceremony at Renaissance Bengaluru

It’s November already! Yes! It’s that time of the year, when the age-old ceremony of cake mixing starts up a few days before the main day approaches. So here we are marking the beginning of the Christmas festive season. This month is all about Christmas tree, plum cake, Santa Claus, jingles, it’s that time where the whole world enjoys winter.

Cut cashews, well-fermented wine, raisins, rum or brandy, along with our very own Indian species like nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom. All together stored in an airtight container for everything to soak up for the main day coming ahead of us.

This season the General manager of the Hotel Renaissance Bengaluru named Subhankar Bose hosted a cake mixing brunch. This high profile event was done in association with Jyotiee Balani.

The five-star property is one of the best luxury hotels that had the best of the events with everything being top class. Variety of food, be it coastal, continental, North Indian, Tibetan, the best of the desserts, best of the cocktails made by the professionals. The event just doesn’t end with this. We also had a fashion preview by the best in town, none other than Aasif Merchant. He put out the best of his collection, showing the resort wear and beachwear for this holiday season. The lovely afternoon also included amazing live music throughout, the event was themed fashion and was completely revolving around it, this season.
