Bangalore, October 2025: The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore is all set to welcome Pony Up, a world-class bar ranked #97 on Asia’s 50 Best from Shanghai, for its first-ever takeover in India at Yàn Yǎn, the hotel’s modern Chinese restaurant and dim sum house, in collaboration with Anggel’s Share on Sunday, 1st November 2025. 

This special collaboration brings two worlds together in a delightful way! Spearheaded by Dre Yang, a celebrated bartender whose journey began at 19 and led him to helm Shanghai’s iconic bars before opening his own venture, Pony Up in 2024. Pony Up is known for its inventive cocktails, playful energy, bold creativity, and whimsical mixology to meet Yàn Yǎn’s gourmet mastery, creating a day of vibrant drinks, exquisite bites, and an effortlessly sophisticated atmosphere. The experience begins with a refreshing morning line-up featuring One Sip Cocktails – bright, aromatic blends designed for leisurely day drinking. The specially curated menu for Pony Up’s India debut features a selection of their signature and best-selling cocktails, including Sunset Cruise, Space Mountain, Rip Tide Twister, Jurassic Gone Wrong, and Legends of the Lost Temple – each a distinctive blend that captures the bar’s playful spirit and inventive craftsmanship.

Elevating this curated cocktail journey is an exceptional selection from Anggel’s Share, one of the world’s leading importers, featuring the finest spirits and wines. Highlighting sustainability and craftsmanship, Flor de Caña rum – naturally aged, additive-free, and produced with 100% renewable energy in Nicaragua – adds a conscientious yet indulgent note to the evening, marrying luxury with mindful enjoyment.
