Curated by the acclaimed Chef Raghavan with almost two decades of experience, this special food festival will run from 26th July to 3rd August, offering an exquisite spread of authentic Chettinad delicacies.

Chef Raghavan, with his deep-rooted knowledge and passion for Chettinad fare, brings to the table a thoughtfully curated menu that balances fiery mains, tangy accompaniments, and traditional sweet delights.
Festival Menu Highlights Include:
Chettinad Kozhi Curry – A fiery chicken curry with freshly ground spices.
Madurai Nalli Curry – Tender lamb shanks slow-cooked in traditional spices.
Vaathu Kuruma – Duck simmered in a rich, peppery Chettinad-style gravy.
Karaikudi Kalan Biryani – Fragrant mushroom biryani infused with southern spices.
