This festive season, Goa’s vibrant dining scene offers plenty of reasons to gather, feast, and celebrate. One of the standout spots to soak in the spirit of togetherness is Como Agua, the stunning restaurant and bar perched on Vagator Beach with sweeping views of the Arabian Sea.

What began as a beloved pizzeria and Negroni bar has now evolved into a full-fledged culinary destination, making it the perfect place for families and friends to celebrate Diwali. Nestled amidst a tropical forest and wrapped in lantana-woven architecture, Como Agua combines breathtaking ambience with inventive food and drink.

At the heart of the kitchen, Chef Amit Kumar presents an expanded menu that goes far beyond pizzas – though their signature Neapolitan pies remain a crowd favourite. Dishes like the Hot Honey & Double Pepperoni Pizza topped with house-made mozzarella and spicy honey, the indulgent Lobster Roll served with molten butter and sweet potato chips, or the soulful Red Snapper in Tomato Broth highlight the restaurant’s focus on fresh, elevated flavours. There’s also a nod to global and Indian-inspired dishes such as the Chicken Chettinad with Malabar Parotta Canapé, Japanese Soba Noodle Salad, and the comforting Cream Cheese & Mascarpone Ravioli in Beef Ragu. For a sweet finish, don’t miss the signature Como Honey Toast, an instant festive favourite.

The bar, overlooking the sea, is equally compelling under the creativity of Head Mixologist Aman Dhiman. His cocktail program is a celebration of innovation and indigenous Indian ingredients, offering drinks that are as memorable as they are distinctive. Highlights include She’s Perfect, a clarified gin and watermelon cocktail; Two Honeybees, tequila with smoked honey and raw mango pickle; and The Nest, a truffle vermouth cocktail with a white chocolate egg nestled in vetiver. Each sip is a journey –  festive, playful, and perfect for raising a toast this Diwali.

Another unique element of Como Agua’s dining experience is its commitment to crafting its own fresh artisanal mozzarella, made in-house with A2 milk and no preservatives. This dedication to quality and detail infuses the menu with authenticity and ensures every dish is a celebration of craftsmanship.
