Marc Cain Sets the Pace at Fashion Week: Fashion That Resonates

As part of Berlin Fashion Week, Marc Cain presented its Fall/Winter 2026

collection on 30 January 2026 in an impressive Fashion Show that uniquely

combined fashion, music, and staging – accompanied by the evening’s star guests,  model icon Jerry Hall and her daughter Elizabeth Jagger, as well as Hollywood  actress Kelly Rutherford, returning to the front row.

The venue was the iconic Great Recording Hall of Funkhaus Berlin, renowned for its  exceptional acoustics – a space perfectly suited to the interplay of sound, space, and  atmosphere, providing the ideal stage for the show’s theme, “Echo of Now”. Music and  fashion merged into a cultural symbiosis, creating a captivating statement in tune with  the times. The live musical opening featured a female-led band performing the classic  “Feeling Good”.

The presentation began with a light, airy colour palette, in the spirit of Pantone’s Colour  of the Year, Cloud Dancer. Soft knitwear with striking ocelot patterns contrasted

powerfully against the blue floor. Gradually, the spectrum shifted to warm, earthy tones,  adding depth. Strong materials such as cosy faux fur in surprising shades like orange  and pink brought a confident 70s vibe to the runway, while leather and suede added  modern urban coolness. Colours were bold and maximalist: from elegant greys with soft  pink to electrifying colour mixes. Orange, aubergine, pink, limoncello, and grassy green  collided deliberately – pure dopamine dressing. Animal prints such as cheetah and  leopard appeared in black-and-white or faux pony, complemented by trendy paisley  interpretations. Accessories included Jackie-O-style pillbox hats, ties, scarves,

sunglasses, and long gloves. Bags were worn doubled – over-accessorising as a

statement. Old-money aesthetics met casual layering, masculine tailoring with  emphasised shoulders blended with feminine details like brooches and bows. The finale  showcased the elegant highlights of the Marc Cain Glam line.

The staging also followed the concept of sound and rhythm: blue LED rods arranged at  varying heights evoked the look of an equaliser, while blue carpets and the semi-circular  setup structured the space. Models entered the runway behind the glowing rods and  walked a catwalk over 70 metres long, emphasising the hall’s impressive scale.  During the show, the singing trio MVX, known from The Voice Kids Germany, provided  recurring emotional highlights with contemporary songs, reinforcing the dialogue  between fashion and music.

“With Echo of Now, we wanted to capture the essence of the present: to bring the  energy of the moment with music, movement and fashion into harmony and create  designs that touch emotionally and leave a lasting impact,” said Marinela Oglan, Creative  Director of Marc Cain.

Among the guests were numerous international personalities from fashion, film, and  media, including model icon and actress Jerry Hall, model Elizabeth Jagger, Hollywood  actress Kelly Rutherford, Sylvie Meis, Bettina Zimmermann, Frauke and Nele Ludowig,  Anja Kling, Gala González, Dennenesch Zoudé, Kim Feenstra, and Anna-Maria Sieklucka.

“I’ve attended a Marc Cain Fashion Show before, and it was simply unforgettable – so  I’m even more excited to be here again. My look today, with the long, elegant floral dress  and the cream-coloured coat, feels perfect for the occasion. Marc Cain truly knows how  to combine elegance and modern style in such a unique way,” said Hollywood actress  Kelly Rutherford.

“I’m thrilled with this emerald green satin suit by Marc Cain. The material feels incredibly  luxurious, drapes elegantly, and the colour radiates pure sophistication. The look is  simply stunning. And Berlin is fantastic – the city has so much energy and style, I always  love coming here,” said model icon and actress Jerry Hall.
