Curated by Chef Dodiek Triwandaya of The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta, the menu is a poetic journey through centuries-old Indonesian cooking traditions—reimagined with contemporary flair. Each dish embodies stories from Indonesia’s diverse islands, celebrating both rustic authenticity and refined technique.

A Journey Through Flavour

Start your meal with the Soto Betawi Ayam, a soul-warming chicken soup hailing from Jakarta, layered with the comforting richness of glass noodles, shredded chicken, tomatoes, and leeks. For those seeking something bolder, the Gohu Tuna Manado—an off-menu chef’s specialty—offers a bright burst of raw tuna laced with kaffir lime, shallots, and crushed peanuts.

The Tahu Tek and Sate Ayam will evoke the taste of bustling night markets, while the Tongseng Kambing, a spiced mutton curry, stands out as a showstopper—rich, complex, and hearty.
