Here’s a simple DIY recipe of a Date Tamarind Cooler that you can sip on this summer. It’s cooling, tangy as well as sweet and will leave you craving for more.
Fresh seedless dates- 10 pcs
Fresh tamarind- 150 gms
Fennel seeds- 10 gms
Water- 3 glasses
Rock salt- a pinch
Ice cubes- as per your requirement
Take a deep pan & pour in water.
Bring the water to boil & add in dates, tamarind.
Let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes & add fennel at the end.
Turn off the flame.
Let it cool and strain in through a bar strainer.
Add a pinch of rock salt and ice cubes.
Serve it iced cold in a long glass.
