Ingredients:
45ml Black & White Scotch Whisky
10ml Lime juice
10ml peach juice/ Syrup
A splash of Tonic
Garnish: Orange peel
Method:
Build all the ingredients into a tall glass, top with ice and stir. Top with soda and serve.

Now it is time for you to gather his choice of films and fix him a much-awaited single malt serve. To accompany the movies, here is the recipe of Talisker My Tonic to enhance the experience.
Ingredients
60ml Talisker 10 Y.O
15ml Lemon cordial
15ml Honey water
(1:1 Honey to warm water)
Tonic Water
Method
Add Talisker 10 YO, lemon cordial and honey water to a highball glass, stir well to mix all the ingredients, fill the glass with ice and top up with tonic water.
Garnish
Twist an orange peel facing the rim of the glass and drop into the glass, lightly torch a cinnamon stick to accentuate the Talisker 10 YO experience.
Note: If your father prefers, Talisker 10 tastes phenomenal on the rocks or when just served with a splash of water as it draws out the sherry notes.

Ingredients:
60 ml Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve
25 ml Espresso
10 ml Cinnamon Cordial
1 Orange Wedge
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, Orange Peel
Method:
Pour the whisky in a glass filled with ice and squeeze in an orange wedge. Add the cinnamon cordial to enhance the complex notes and for a longer finish. (Alternative – Use warm sugar syrup infused with a stick of cinnamon as an alternative to the cinnamon cordial).
Express some orange oil and add in the espresso for a creamy and sophisticated twist.
Tip – Squeeze the orange peel for it to release the oil
GET YOUR OLD MAN TO GIVE INTO SOME SELF INDULGENCE

60ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
1 tsp of honey
Grated Cinnamon (optional)
Method: Take a whisky glass and add one teaspoon of honey, add Johnnie Walker Black Label and stir well until the honey dissolves. Once dissolved, add ice cubes and stir well. Garnish with Grated Cinnamon

Ingredients
60ml Singleton of Glendullan 12 YO
2 tsp Mixed berry jam
10 ml Lime juice
Carbonated water
Method
Add all the ingredients except the carbonated water into a shaker and stir well to mix in the berry jam, Shake well with ice.
Pour the delightful mix into an old-fashioned glass and top up with carbonated water.
Garnish
Tap a bunch of fresh mint and add it to the cocktail, drop in seasonal berries of your choice and enjoy the berry freshness.
