BANNG Gurugram introduces a fresh take on lunch with a new weekday three-course set menu that brings the bold, layered flavours of Bangkok’s iconic food to the heart of the city. Tailored for Gurugram’s fast-paced rhythm, the menu is available Monday to Friday between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM, and features an appetizer, main, and dessert for INR 1500++ making it ideal for a swift business lunch or a mid-day Thai sojourn.

Located at Two Horizon Centre, BANNG is a contemporary Thai dining destination co-founded by two Michelin-star awardee Chef Garima Arora and hospitality powerhouse Riyaaz Amlani. Helmed by Head Chef Manav KhannaBANNG’s kitchen celebrates Thai culinary traditions through a meticulously crafted, ingredient-forward approach. With fresh pastes made in-house and premium seasonal produce flown in weekly, each dish reflects both authenticity and refined technique. Inspired by the diverse culinary landscape of Thailand, BANNG channels the energy and spirit of Bangkok while staying committed to creativity, bold culinary expression, and world-class hospitality, delivering a Thai dining experience that is both distinctive and exceptional in India.

Guests can begin their meal with a vibrant appetizer of choice. The Tuna Larb brings together raw Akami tuna, crispy wonton chips, and a fiery lime dressing for a bold, fresh opening. The Bangkok Yang Chicken offers juicy grilled chicken served with coconut relish and a spicy Thai dipping sauce. For a vegetarian option, the Go Coconutty Heirloom Carrots bring together sweet and sour coconut dressing, pomelo, and fresh dill in a light and refreshing preparation.

For the main course, guests can choose between two comforting Thai curries, served with jasmine rice and prik nam pla. The Royal Thai Green Curry is creamy and aromatic, with either raw banana and water chestnut or tender chicken. The BANNGIN’ Red Curry is richer and more robust, featuring okra and kohlrabi or chicken, delivering a deeply satisfying flavour experience.

The meal experience ends with a choice of two desserts, each offering a playful take on classic Thai flavours. The Sago Nom Sod combines chilled caramelized milk, tapioca pearls, and grass jelly for a light yet indulgent finish. Alternatively, guests can opt for the DIY Coconut Ice Cream Waffle Tarts made with freshly churned coconut ice cream served in crisp Khanom Bueang shells, paired with a selection of assorted toppings.

In addition to the set menu, there’s a thoughtful selection of zero-proof drinks like the Golden Siam and Tuk Tuk Drift,  available à la carte and perfect for those looking to round out the experience.
