Bengaluru, January 2026: The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore brings back its much-loved Ghazal Nights, an intimate, recurring cultural experience that blends soulful music with refined dining. Designed for guests who appreciate meaningful moments and artistic expression, the evening unfolds through evocative live ghazals by renowned vocalist Shailly Kapoor, set within an atmosphere of understated elegance.
Complementing the music is a thoughtfully curated multi-course dining experience inspired by progressive Indian cuisine. The vegetarian menu showcases a medley of comforting and indulgent flavours, beginning with creative starters such as Dabeli Pinwheel with peanut and tamarind. The mains feature classics like Palak Paneer alongside a rich Cauliflower Steak Makhani, served with Dal-e-Zarqash, assorted breads,and fragrant Saffron Rice, before concluding with timeless desserts including Besan Ladoo, Gulab Jamun and Shrikhand.
The non-vegetarian offering is equally indulgent, opening with robust flavours such as Prawns Mustard with kasundi and coconut, Murgh Kurchan with puffed bread and mint. The main course highlights include the signature Goat Barbat, slow-cooked with poppy seeds and garlic, alongside Chicken Tikka Masala. The evening ends on a decadent note with dessert options ranging from a Trio of Indian Classics to Chocolate Chilli Mousse or a comforting Gajar Ka Halwa.
