It proudly maintains a 2% workforce with hearing and speech impairments, with all employees undergoing sensitivity training, including sign language instruction. Additionally, it partners with institutions like NIMHANS, offering opportunities for those undergoing treatment for anxiety and dyslexia to work as apprentices. The hotel supports NGOs by showcasing and selling handcrafted items while employing local community members in its cafeteria and restaurant.
