November 2025, NCR, India: New York’s iconic Magnolia Bakery, is all set to make its debut in the National Capital Region with the launch of the first store in Gurugram on 15th November 2025. Known globally for their classic American desserts and world-famous Banana Pudding, since it first opened its doors on Bleecker Street in NYC’s West Village in 1996, the brand has been delighting patrons with its warm, inviting décor, baked-from-scratch desserts and beautifully decorated cakes, cupcakes, ice cream and signature banana pudding.
Brought to India by Spago Foods in 2019, the store in NCR – Gurugram is a significant milestone for the brand in the country. This new outlet marks the brand’s expansion to the northern region of India and is the first of many to come. Today, Magnolia Bakery India has 11 outlets across the country, with stores in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Gurugram.
Internationally, Magnolia Bakery has corporately-owned locations in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles in the United States, with franchise locations in UAE, Kuwait, Amman, Doha, Manila, and Istanbul internationally.
Strategically located in Gurugram – a major economic powerhouse in India, the new store is spread over 1550 sqft on the ground floor of Godrej GCR, a bustling spot with great connectivity to all micro markets in Gurugram.
